Directions Adult and children 6 years and older: Place tan adhesive side to the roof of the mouth, on the ouside of a molar, or any soft tissue area. Keep in place with tongue or clean finger for 10 seconds until disc stays in place. Allow lozenge to dissolve slowly in the mouth. Do not chew. Do not swallow whole.
