Directions Shake well before using. For maximum dandruff control, use it every time you shampoo. Wet hair, massage onto scalp, rinse and repeat if desired. For best results use at least twice a week or as directed by a doctor. Wet your hair first and make sure you fully lather it and massage it into your scalp and rinse with lukewarm water. Depending on the severity of your dandruff or your scalp itchiness, you can use this shampoo and conditioner daily.
