Directions
To measure blood pressure: STEP 1. Make sure the cuff tube is securely connected to the monitor. STEP 2. Slide arm through cuff until the bottom edge is about 1/2" above your elbow. Tighten the cuff until it is snug against your arm without being too tight. STEP 3. Do not make a fist. Relax your arm and push start button. Wait at least one minute before measuring a second time. Always measure at the same time of day, if possible. COMPLETE INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED.
