Contains 5 Disposable GelPads to be used with the ELITONE device only. Each GelPad consists of conductive gels that when positioned properly transmit low-frequency pulses, comfortably contracting your pelvic floor muscles the right way. ELITONE GelPads are reusable and disposable-use them three (3) times and then replace with a fresh GelPad. The flexible shape conforms to your bodys unique contours for comfort and a proper fit. Not to worry, the gel material is formulated for easy removal-without pulling hair. About ELITONE: Strong pelvic floor muscles are needed to control bladder leaks. These muscles need regular exercise, which can be hard to do correctly and frequently. ELITONE is a pelvic floor exerciser that sends therapeutic stimulation to safely and comfortably perform Kegel exercises for you, but longer and stronger than you could on your own. Warnings
Do NOT use if you: Are pregnant or attempting to become pregnant
Have an electronic implant (e.g. cardiac pacemaker, implanted defibrillator) or suffer from heart problems
Have cancer, epilepsy or cognitive dysfunction
Have had pelvic floor surgery within the last six weeks
Have complete denervation of the pelvic floor
Have a history or symptoms of urinary retention, extra-urethral incontinence, overflow incontinence
Have a conductive intra-uterine devices (IUD/Coil) or metal implants in the abdominal or pelvic area, including the hip and lumbar spine.
ELITONE is not recommended if you ONLY have symptoms of urinary frequency or urgency (using the restroom very frequently or having to rush to the restroom), with NO symptoms of leakage when coughing, laughing, sneezing or exercising
