Dip Basecoat contains adhesive properties to secure nail dip powder to the nail bed. This quick dry nail formula allows for manicure in minutes. It is also easy to remove with a quick acetone soak. This base coat is formaldehyde and resin free. It simply applies in 3 easy steps. Applies in 3 easy steps

Ingredients
Ingredients: Ethyl 2-Cyanoacrylate, Polymethyl Methacrylate.
Directions
Working one finger at a time, apply a layer of base coat to clean, dry nails. While the base coast is still wet, dip nail into build powder. Tap off excess and allow to dry. Apply a second layer of basecoat and dip nail into colored powder. Repeat until you get your desired color. Allow to dry before applying activator. For best results, work on one nail at a time. Allow to fully dry before buffing and shaping. After activator is fully dry, apply a layer of top coat and allow to fully dry. Please follow as instructed on the product label.
