When To Use Super Plus Tampons
Super Plus tampons are designed for heavier-flow days. They typically hold between 12 and 15 grams of menstrual fluid. Please note that tampons are associated with toxic shock syndrome (TSS). TSS is a rare but serious disease that may cause death. The higher the absorbency level, the greater the risk. Make sure to always choose the lightest tampon that you can, depending on the heaviness of your flow. It's recommended that you change your tampon every 4 to 8 hours, and never exceed 8 hours of wear with the same tampon.
