The Toilet Safety Frame folds for easy storage and portable for travel; take it wherever you need it. Easy to remove for people who don't need it and re-installed for people who do. Height adjustable from 27.75" to 34.75" from floor to top of arms. Weight capacity is 350 lbs. Padded arm rests designed to aid the user to sit and stand with greater ease and comfort. See directions below. The frame is supplied folded; to open the frame, rotate each side in turn until it resembles the product image and the sides are parallel to each other.
When the sides are parallel, the frame will be locked in this position by two sprung buttons on the gray frame section.
To adjust the height of the frame, adjust one leg at a time by removing the C-clip from the frame, sliding the leg up or down as required, then re-inserting the C-clip to retain the position.
Ensure the C-clip is fully through the frame for security. When changing the height of the legs, it is important that all the legs are at the same height setting that the frame is stable before use.
Once the frame is locked open and adjusted to the correct height, the footplate should be lowered and clipped on to the securing pin of the opposite rubber ferrule.
The Foldeasy should only be used once it is fully unfolded with the sides locked in the open position and the footplate secured.
When using your Foldeasy, try to push down equally on both armrests when positioning yourself over the toilet.
To close the Foldeasy after use, reverse the above procedure. Raise the footplate until it clips to the upright tube, then fold in the two frame halves one at a time by depressing the brass buttons that hold the sides in place.
These two brass buttons are located at the same location on each side. Use your thumb and forefinger, depress both sprung buttons at the same time, allowing the sides to rotate freely inwards.
Clean with a solution of mild detergent and household disinfectant in warm water applied with a damp sponge. Dry thoroughly. Do not clean with harsh abrasives.
