CVS Health True Metrix Go Meter Kit is a self-monitoring glucose test kit. This is a small machine that gives you the independence to test your glucose levels at home. It is quick, easy, and compact. You can be confident that your testing results will be accurate with the True Metrix Go Meter. This device uses Triple Sense technology. This will automatically detect, analyze, and correct certain variables in every blood sample you give. Included in the package are the True Metrix Go self-monitoring meter, an installed 3V battery, lancing device (works with most lancets), 10 sterile lancets, instructions, a logbook for you to keep track of your results, and a compact carrying case.
