Yes, Tree Hut is a cruelty-free brand that does not test its products on animals, use suppliers that test on animals, nor does the brand sell its products to countries that require animal testing. Tree Hut is not owned by a parent company that tests on animals and they are certified by PETA.

Most Tree Hut products contain natural and organic ingredients like certified organic shea, however, they are not considered vegan because the brand uses honey in its Almond and Honey product lines.

Tree Hut makes a variety of sugar scrub products in different scents and formulations. To use the scrub, remove the protective cap and apply a generous amount to your damp or dry skin. Gently buff the scrub in circular motions to ensure even coverage and to get effective exfoliation. Rinse the scrub well with clean water when you are done and replace the lid.

It is not recommended that you use Tree Hut sugar scrub on your face since it may be too harsh and cause irritation. Tree Hut does make a line of facial skincare products including many that have exfoliating properties to help you remove dead skin cells and reveal smoother, glowing skin.
